While we inspect every order before shipping & strive to provide the best in quality, we recognize that sometimes errors occur. We offer replacements at no extra cost to you for defective or mis-shipped items. Simply notify us at hello@folktailspets.com within 3 days of receiving the product to ensure we can promptly address your concerns. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, but do accept returns. If you need another size, simply return your item and purchase the new size or product needed.

We work as quickly as possible for our customers, so orders must be cancelled within one hour of placing.

If an order has been processed, cancellations cannot occur but you may follow our return policy.
