INSTRUCTIONS

✷ Purchase a repair for the product.
✷ Clean your gear and ship it back to us (return shipping back to you is free).
✷ We will replace it with the closest matching color or pattern.
✷ Once it's repaired, we'll send it back to you.

DETAILS

We can only work on clean gear, so please make sure your item is clean before sending it back to us.

Due to normal wear and tear, we do not cover cosmetic repairs or cleaning – but your gear will be functional again.

We may not have the same webbing or component anymore, so your gear will be returned in the closet matching component or pattern. If this is not possible, we will contact you to determine the best replacement.
